Nestled at Hallet’s Point in Astoria, this design aims to provide residents with a dynamic living experience, with access to outdoor space and circulation to move easily throughout the building. By creating a unique street façade, the design encourages viewers to enter the project, taking in the inner courtyard and the cascading terraces of the residential units. As the site continues, a landscape appears, connecting the site to the river and looking onto Randall’s Island Field and the Robert F. Kennedy Bridge.
